Willagee Structure Plan Approved (Scheme Amendment No.71) – Changes to R-Codes now allow subdivision

The Willagee Structure Plan (Scheme amendment No.71) residential zoning changes were gazetted and came into effect on 16 February 2016. This means that many of the landowners within the suburb of Willagee can now subdivide their property.
